AREWA MEDIA PRACTITIONERS

The Chairman Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Jigawa State Wing Comrade Abdulkadir Yunusa , has bagged the Arewa Media Practitioners award.

Receiving the award in Dutse Jigawa State on Tuesday, the state chairman, Comrade Abdulkadir Yunusa, commended the arewa media Practitioners for creating a mechanism to assess their performances, which he described as an important thing for the NUT.

The NUT chairman urged the arewa media to periodically monitor the works of their awardees.

“It is good you periodically recognise those you think have done creditably” he added.

The Secretary of the NUT Jigawa State Comrade Surajo Yaro commended the arewa media for the recognition and assured them of that they will double their efforts to do more.

Earlier, while presenting the award, the national president of Arewa Media Practitioners Comrade Musa Mohammed said the award bestowed on the NUT chairman, was a testimony of his hard-working, selfless Services and good Leadership.
