The Commandant, Nigeria Police Academy, Assistant Inspector General of Police Ahmad Abdurrahman, psc (+), mni, on 20th May, 2022 visited the family of late Habiba Garba, who was killed by unknown gun men, suspected to be kidnappers at Yandalla Village of Warawa Local Government Area, Kano State.
The Commandant, was at the family house to register the heartfelt condolences of the Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba Alkali, psc (+), fdc, NPM and the entire members of the Nigeria Police Academy over the death of their daughter, Habiba Garba, who was killed at the earliest hours of 20th May, 2022 by unknown gun men, suspected to be kidnappers.
The Commandant appealed to the family members to find solace in patience, perseverance and the predestination of Allah Azzawajallah, who has fashioned all events in all human conditions in the way and manner its pleases HIM. He therefore, prayed for Allah’s mercy and forgiveness on her soul.
The Commandant assured them of the IGP’s commitments to deploy the necessary tactical and strategic resources through the instrumentality of the Kano State Commissioner of Police toward the safe rescue of Mallam Garba Yandalla, who was abducted by the unknown gun men.
He further requested members of the community to be willing and ready to give reliable and relevant information to security agents on the presence and activities of suspected and unwanted persons within the community for proactive measures to be taken to prevent an intended security threat.
The Commandant was accompanied by members of his management team.
